P3CK Investments Housing Development

We intend to develop our property, situated in the South of Johannesburg, creating accommodation to cater for the local housing market whilst uplifting and empowering the local community. Our target market will fall within the social bracket catering for the lower end of the middle income bracket. The development will be a mixed development consisting of: 

Apartment Blocks :- 2 and 3 bedroom Apartment blocks about 4 stories high catering for about around 2000 dwelling units.
Shopping centre :- This will consist of a Shoprite, pharmacy, hardware, food court and perhaps a motor spare shop.
Community / Training centre :- An area where tenants can assemble for work or play. The facility will also be used as a training centre. A space will be provisioned for a research center/Library as well.
Day clinic: - To accommodate the well being of tenants and surrounds, a clinic will be established on the property as well
Childcare :- For peace of mind and convenience for our tenants a crèche will be built on the premises.
Roads :- Approximately 5 km of roads will be laid for ease of access to the main roads.
Security and green technologies :- Security is our number one priority and will receive the highest consideration, naturally we believe that this could be a deciding factor for families who want to make a home in Elands Estate. With the environment as a focus we will employ as many green initiatives as we are able. Examples of these are: Solar Panels, LP Gas and Generators etc.

The project is initiated, a project concept and viability has been established with a proposed budget.
